Hierro Season 1

Candela is a judge who has just been assigned to El Hierro, the most remote island in the Canary Island archipelago. It´s not going to be easy for Candela to adapt to file in a community that, like her, has a tough character. In fact, she has been sent there as a punishment for her unorthodox behaviour. As soon as she arrives on the island, Candela has to investigate a complicated case: Fran, a young local, is found murdered on the day he was supposed to marry the daughter of Díaz, a shady businessman who soon becomes the main suspect in the crime. Candela and Diaz are on opposite sides of the law, but they have a common goal: to discover the truth about the crime. The two embark on a physical and emotional journey… a road to hell that begins in paradise.
